She leaves an indelible impression because Sky is- well. Sky single-handedly made our stay at the Winston-Salem Marriott memorable and enjoyable. Tip her handsomely too!! She certainly deserves it. Just know that Sky is the person you want to meet and see when you sit down at the bar. I could go on and on and on and on about Sky. He said her drinks were on point and that she knew what she was doing. BTW, he too was uber-impressed with Sky's amazing (there's that word again!) customer service and really enjoyed teh drinks she made. She whipped up the perfect end-of-meal matcha green tea latte, made extra hot toped with a dash cinnamon. Welp, to my utter surprise Sky did! She pulled out two single matcha green tea paks. I just knew the restaurant didn't have it and she couldn't produce it. I asked for a matcha green tea latte after dinner since there was no vegan ice cream (lol). She met them all with flying colors!! Here's the kicker. As a vegan at a steakhouse to watch the game alongside my meat-eating fiance, I threw every meal challenge her way: No cheese, nuts & seeds, vegan salad dressing, romaine lettuce instead of iceberg. In town for a weekend visit to nearby Furnitureland South, Sky had the most pleasant personality, authentic attitude, and gave superb customer service. I mean UHmazing!!! In fact, I told her that at least 20x during my vegan meal, barside while watching the Cowboys Niners playoff game. From refreshing beverages made with Starbucks coffee to tempting cuisine for breakfast and dinner, The Bistro restaurant offers guests of the Courtyard by Marriott University to an exceptional dining experience during their stay in Winston-Salem At This Hotel The Bistro Eat. When I say, Sky, bartender/server at Marriott's Butcher & Bull Steakhouse is amazing.
